Ayurveda recommends that we cleanse with every change of season for optimal health. The junctions between the seasons are the ideal time to remove excesses accumulated in the previous season so that they do not cause imbalances in the next. It is just as important to assess what type of cleanse that will be right for you in a particular moment in time.

Please note, accommodations are not included.  We have home rentals as near as next door, as well as local hotels that are available.  Prospect Berkshires is an incredible local option.  At certain times of the year, we have rooms on site here at Lakshmi's Garden.  Please inquire if you have any questions.

• Kapha Balancing workshop (90 min)
• Yoga for your dosha (60 to 90 minutes daily)
• Invigorating breath work (30 minutes daily)
• Vigorous outdoor exercise daily
